Free delivery within Singapore
SG Gold Shop delivers to Singapore addresses only. Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum order value. There are no additional delivery charges for Tuas, Sentosa, shopping malls or the delivery windows below. We do not offer overseas shipping.
Same-day delivery windows
All times are Singapore time (SGT).
- Orders placed before 12 PM: delivery on the same day between 2 PM and 6 PM.
- Orders placed from 12 PM to before 5 PM: delivery on the same day between 7 PM and 11 PM.
- Orders placed at or after 5 PM: contact our team to confirm the delivery schedule.
Please provide a complete Singapore delivery address and a reachable contact number. If we encounter a delivery issue or delay, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Delivery address and assistance
Delivery requires a physical Singapore address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or overseas addresses. If you need to correct your address or discuss access instructions, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.
Missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries
If your order is missing, incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact SG Gold Shop with your order number and details of the issue. Where possible, retain the packaging and provide photographs so we can investigate and help resolve the matter. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable Singapore law.
