Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
For local Singapore deliveries, orders placed before 12 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Tuas and Sentosa deliveries: Surcharge of S$15 applies.
- Shopping mall deliveries: Additional S$5 surcharge applies.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there are changes or delays, announcements will be posted on our website’s main page.
In the event of high order volume, delivery times may be extended. You will be notified via email or phone if there are significant delays.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
SG Gold Shop ships to physical addresses within Singapore and selected international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For overseas orders, please contact us to confirm shipping eligibility and rates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SG Gold Shop is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damages
SG Gold Shop is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
International Shipping Policy
Due to the high value and nature of real gold items, international shipping requires prior approval. Please email us before placing your order to confirm delivery options and insurance coverage.
