Qualifying spending is the amount paid for products after discounts and refunds, excluding GST, other taxes and delivery charges. We count eligible SG Gold Shop purchases from the preceding 12 months, rather than a January-to-December calendar year. This is a spending requirement, not a membership fee. Is VIP membership part of BON Rewards?
No. SG Gold Shop VIP membership is separate from BON Rewards. BON points do not establish VIP status. Any BON rewards follow their own programme terms.
How do refunds and older purchases affect my total?
Refunds reduce qualifying spending. Purchases stop counting once they fall outside the rolling 12-month period. Unpaid or cancelled orders do not count. Our team currently verifies eligibility; signing in does not automatically activate VIP status.
Does signing in automatically make me a VIP?
No. Signing in gives access to your customer account. Contact SG Gold Shop to confirm VIP eligibility and status.
Can I combine VIP benefits with online offers?
