Exchange Policy Overview
We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item.
- The jewellery must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending items back for exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so that we can assess the situation and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces
- Engraved or modified products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Special orders and limited-edition pieces
